QiGong with Ark
Animal Flow with Lillian ~ a playful blend of yoga and animal-inspired movements
Light refreshments: fresh fruit, snacks, nibbles & chai
Afternoon Session: Explorations into spinal fluidity, mobility, and contact improvisation (solo/partner practices), which will lead into a jam
6:45pm - Delicious vegan/GF dinner by Happy Buddha
8pm - Sound Bath with Ark
Optional overnight stay at Happy Buddha Retreats

If you choose to stay for a second day, you can join in:

8am - Iyengar Yoga practice with Courtney Louise
Nourishing breakfast
Guided nature walk to a nearby waterfall with the option to swim, dance and interplay with others. During this time, Arkadiusz offers to capture some candid moments in nature 📸

~ Accommodation ~

Accommodation prices are based on twin shared rooms although it is likely that you will have room for yourself. There’s also the option to reserve Private room with a double bed just for yourself, or a Private room with a king bed for a couple - please reach out to Arkadiusz.

~ About Your Hosts ~

Lillian Donnell is a dynamic mover and movement coach, with a background in aerial silks, Latin partner dancing, functional mobility training, Animal Flow, and Contact Improvisation. She facilitates workshops and co-creates community events in the realms of ecstatic dance, aerials, fire dancing, and live music + dance jams.

With over 13 years of teaching in the movement space, Lillian brings a calm and supportive energy to her classes. Her approach blends physical skill-building with embodied and sensitive awareness. You can find more of her upcoming events and offerings here.

Arkadiusz Kasperczyk is a passionate movement and bodywork practitioner, trained in the fields of Thai Yoga Massage and Zenthai Shiatsu. His love of movement, nature connection, and somatic awareness led him on the path to a deep practice of Yoga, QiGong, and Contact Improvisation.

In recent years he began to hold space in these practices for others, and facilitating Contact Improvisation, Silent Meditation Retreats, Bushwalking Retreats, and Sound Baths in the Blue Mountains.

Arkadiusz is also a renowned photographer, whose work has been exhibited in cities in Europe and around the world. He has a special interest in capturing nature and moments in motion - you can see some of his work here.
