Get moving across the City of Belmont!

Increase your fitness and strengthen your body this MOVEtober with Silver Sneakers at Belmont Oasis Leisure Centre!

These free low impact exercise classes will increase your fitness through a range of exercises that work the entire body, while strengthening muscles and bones. These sessions are suitable for all fitness levels.

Sessions are held every Wednesday in October from 11am to 12pm. Limited spots are available in each class.
