Movie FOR LOVE OR MONEY

For Love or Money is a feature length look at Australian history since colonisation - as seen through the lens of women and work.

Drawing on an eclectic mix of sources such as newspaper headlines, posters, advertisements and still photographs, as well as moving image material, it also offers a remarkable look at the history of Australian cinema and Australian graphic iconography.

Originally made in the 16mm film format, For Love or Money was digitally re-mastered by the National film & Sound Archive FSA in 2017 In recognition of its ground breaking place in Australian documentary.

You are cordially invited to a long overdue re-screening and a Q&A with the filmmakers.
