As climate risks continue to evolve, organisations are under increasing pressure to move beyond assessment and planning towards practical and sustained implementation. However, putting adaptation into practice is rarely straightforward. It requires prioritisation, resourcing, collaboration, flexibility and ongoing learning as new risks, opportunities and knowledge emerge. 

The Climate Change Exchange invites researchers, policy makers and practitioners to explore the practical realities of moving from adaptation planning and strategy to action. Drawing on practitioner experience, this interactive webinar will unpack the decisions, challenges and adjustments involved in developing adaptation strategies, navigating different governance contexts and implementing meaningful adaptation measures over time. Participants will consider how organisations prioritise actions, secure support, respond to emerging knowledge and manage uncertainty as climate risks evolve.
