Event description

Come celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival—a beloved holiday that honors family, community, and the beauty of the full moon! Join us for a festive afternoon and evening filled with hands-on lantern-making workshops, festive games, storytelling, mooncake and tea tasting, lantern displays photo booth, riddle games, and moon gazing under the autumn sky.

We’ve specially prepared two lantern-making workshops at different skill levels (Sign up for one workshop):

🐇 “Jade Rabbit Lantern Workshop” (2:30-4pm) is designed for family! Participants will use painting, sticks and more to create festive lanterns.

🏮 “Moon Artisan Lantern Workshop” (5-8pm) is suited for art lovers, featuring more intricate carving techniques that highlight craftsmanship and detail through light and shadow.

✨We welcome families and students of all backgrounds to join us for a peaceful, thoughtful celebration of Mid-Autumn—a time to gather, make something by hand, and enjoy the warmth of shared traditions.

*Activities other than the workshops are available all day. Please make sure to arrive on time for your workshop. You are welcome to stay as long as you like.
