Join us for a sound meditation in Bellambi.

Get comfortable with your yoga mat, blanket, and pillow as you relax to an ambient and meditative soundscape. Using a combination of vocals, crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments, you will be guided through an experience to help you pause and find rest.
