Join Yume of Yuzu Acupuncture for a hands-on workshop exploring how moxa, a traditional warming therapy, can support your health and keep you cozy through the winter season.

Moxa, also known as moxibustion, is an ancient practice used in traditional East Asian medicine where aged mugwort is burned to warm the body, promote circulation, and ease tension and pain. In this workshop, you’ll learn the therapeutic benefits of moxa, explore different ways it can be safely applied at home, and gain practical guidance on incorporating it into your everyday wellness routine.
