Event description


In this workshop we will make Mozzarella and Mascarpone - two very Italian and very popular cheeses. We will also make Belper Knolle, a Swiss cheese, infused with garlic and covered in herbs or spices that you can eat young and soft or grate it when it’s hard over pasta or salad. 

You will take home 4 balls of Mozzarella that you made yourself, a container of Mascarpone and South American Cheese Balls (so easy and always a real hit), and a Bleper Knolle as well as some recipes as inspiration for when you get home. You will also take home plenty of new knowledge (and full notes) to add to your cheesemaking repertoire.

While we make cheese there will be a platter to nibble on throughout the course, and at the end while we wait for the cheese to be ready to take home we will put together and enjoy a cheese board with plenty of different things to try on it. 

After the workshop you will receive support to help you finish your cheese off at home, and all attendees will be invited to join our All About Cheese Private Facebook Page - just for you to ask questions, learn and generally get excited about cheese!
