MPF STALL Registration & Payment 2026

Thank you for registering as a stallholder for the 2026 Melbourne Pasifika Festival!

We’re excited to showcase your business on our social media channels and honoured to have you as part of this vibrant, family-friendly celebration that brings the beauty of Pasifika culture to the wider Australian community.

Stall Locations:
🍴 Food stalls – at the end of River Redgum Place
🛍 Merchandise stalls – within the park

NO ELECTRICITY available.

ALCOHOL & DRUG FREE event, including Kava & beetle nut.

🎉 STALL SET-UP:
🔹 Stall set-up FROM 8am. No vehicle access AFTER 10:00am
🔹 Stalls need to be ready to go by 10-11am

No vehicles permitted to remain on the Park grounds after 10AM & must be driven off to a road parking spot - Council regulations.

Pack down after 7pm. From 7pm vehicles gain access to the park grounds.

NO PEGS permitted into the Park surface - Council regulations. Use weights to hold down marquees.

If selling food, please be mindful not to use plastics or styrofoam packaging. We will contact you soon about how to register to receive your City of Casey FoodTrader permit.

🏃‍♂️ RUGBY CLINICS:
🔹 11am: Clinics check in and registration
🔹 11:30am: Kids Clinic
🔹 12pm: Teens Clinic

🎉 FESTIVAL:
🔹 Stalls OPENS: 10-11am
🔹 Opening Ceremony: 12:00pm
🔹 Pasifika Cultural Performances: 1:00pm
🔹 Live Band if applicable: from 5:00pm
🔹 Festival CLOSES: 7:00pm

Your stall payment supports WFWP Global Development, Aid & Service projects in the Pacific Islands, empowering local women access education, employment, and skills to support their families.
