Start your day with sunrise yoga with instructor Cherry Dipietrantonio at Sky Park, followed by breakfast food & beverage sampling.

Breathe deeper. Feel light. Choose from one of three morning experiences:

RENEW - Tuesday

An energising spring flow designed to wake up the body and create space for the day ahead. Combining mobility, breath and strength, RENEW is a flowing, soulful practice to leave you feeling open, energised and ready for the day. Suitable for all levels.

RESET - Wednesday

A slower, more mindful flow with an emphasis on breath, mobility and nervous-system regulation. RESET invites you to move with intention, release tension and find a sense of calm and space in the middle of a busy week. Suitable for all levels.

RECONNECT - Thursday

A steady, soulful flow bringing together breath, mobility and strength, with opportunities to explore and challenge yourself along the way. RECONNECT finishes with a longer Savasana, allowing time to slow down, settle and leave feeling grounded and connected. Suitable for all levels.
