MRC Official Opening Netball mini sessions

Netball Exercise class is a great program to get involved with netball, in a fun and casual setting. This coach-led session takes participants through a warmup, some netball skill development, a walking netball game, and then a cool down... 

Netball WA are bringing their walking netball to our centre as part of our opening celebrations!  

Walking netball is a great way to stay active, learn new skills, and stay on the court! No jumping, no running, but SOOOO much fun!

This session is for adults only - BYO water bottle and remember to wear your sneakers and comfy clothes 

BUT the kids won't miss out!  We will be running a juniors/net set go session at the same time as the walking netball!
