"Am I Healing... or Just Getting By? How to recognize coping patterns and gently shift toward real healing"

Hosted by Sumaavi Coaching. This is a gentle, reflective workshop designed to help individuals living with MRKH explore the difference between coping to survive and healing to move forward. Many people learn how to “manage” life with MRKH, but still feel stuck, emotionally guarded, or unsure how to truly move ahead. This session creates a safe, supportive space to pause, reflect, and begin that shift. This workshop is for anyone who has been getting by, staying strong, or pushing through, yet wonders if there is another way. Together, we’ll explore common coping patterns, emotional armor, and protective strategies that often develop around MRKH, and gently examine how they may be helping and also holding you back. Through guided reflection, grounding exercises, and compassionate reframing, you’ll begin to identify what healing can look like for you. Participants will leave with greater clarity, self-compassion, and practical tools to support emotional healing. You can expect to walk away with increased awareness of your own coping patterns, simple techniques to regulate emotions or interrupt self-critical thoughts. No fixing, no pressure, just honest insight, support, and a path forward.

  • 9:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cul De Sac Club : Vagina! Vagina! Vagina!

Hosted by Beautiful You MRKH. This panel brings together women who have achieved vaginal lengthening through different approaches, offering honest insight into the options available and what each experience can involve. The aim of the session is to reduce confusion, openly answer questions, and support informed, empowered decision-making around a deeply personal choice. From session lead Madeline: she shares how finding a sense of control through dilation became a key part of her healing, while also acknowledging the emotional difficulty and unpredictability of the process, and hopes participants leave with greater clarity, reassurance, and a sense of belonging — even in “the club nobody ever thought they’d join.”

  • 10:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Peer Support Session: Tricky conversations and sticky situations that comes with self-disclosure & setting boundaries

Hosted by MRKH Australia. **This session due to the interactive nature of a peer support session is not set up as a webinar, therefore all participants will be able to have their camera on. This peer-led online session for young people aged 16–25 with MRKH creates a supportive, non-clinical space to explore self-disclosure, boundaries, and navigating relationships. Through open conversation and shared lived experience, participants can reflect on when and how to disclose MRKH, set boundaries, and respond to curiosity or pressure, with sharing always optional. The session is facilitated with emotional safety and choice at its core, aiming to reduce isolation, build confidence, and normalise the many ways people with MRKH navigate relationships over time.

Prue believes in making the impossible possible, and shining a light on women’s health and the power of community.

  • 2:00 am - 3:00 am

Hidden but Rising: Voices of MRKH Women from India

Hosted by Indian MRKHers Corner. This powerful session will explore the lived reality of women with MRKH in India — a reality that is often hidden behind cultural silence, stigma, and limited access to accurate information and specialised care. Our speakers will share insights into the unique social and medical challenges faced by Indian women with MRKH, including barriers to diagnosis, marriage expectations, fertility pressures, and the emotional toll of secrecy and isolation. They will also present available statistics, highlight gaps in data and services, and speak candidly about the urgent need for increased awareness and education. Importantly, this session will not only focus on challenges, but on strength. Attendees will hear how grassroots support networks are emerging, how advocacy efforts are gaining momentum, and how women are beginning to claim space, voice, and visibility in a society where reproductive expectations carry immense weight. This conversation will shine a light on issues requiring global attention — from equitable healthcare access and psychological support to ethical fertility pathways and international collaboration. Hidden for too long, these voices are rising. And the world needs to listen.

    Supporting our Supporters - Panel

We invite all to join and participate as we encourage interaction and discussion through this facilitated discussion with guest speakers from partners, friends, family members who join us to share their perspectives and help prompt a wider discussion. A space to ask questions, share experiences and feel supported.

Hosted by Beautiful You MRKH. Pathways to Parenthood is a one-hour panel discussion designed to explore the many ways MRKHers can build families. This session brings together panelists who have become parents through a variety of pathways — including adoption, foster-to-adopt, surrogacy, and uterine transplant — offering honest, real-life perspectives shaped by their own lived experience. We will also be joined by a registered nurse who is both an MRKH parent and a member of a uterine transplant team, offering general insight into the process. We will conclude with an open Q&A, offering attendees a safe, supportive space to learn, connect, and gain reassurance that there are many meaningful paths to parenthood.

  • 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

    Redefining Womanhood: Childfree & Fulfilled

Hosted by Sumaavi Coaching Redefining Womanhood: Childfree & Fulfilled is a compassionate, honest panel discussion designed to explore what it can look like to live a full, meaningful life without children. For many people with MRKH, questions around womanhood, fertility, and fulfillment can feel heavy, complex, and deeply personal. This session creates a supportive space to hear real stories from women who are living childfree lives: by choice, by circumstance, or through a path that included grief, uncertainty, or redefinition and who have found ways to feel whole, purposeful, and fulfilled. This panel is for anyone who is questioning what a fulfilling life can look like without children, struggling with grief or societal expectations, or seeking reassurance that choosing (or accepting) a childfree life does not mean settling for less. Through guided conversation moderated by Coach Rima, panelists will share their lived experiences navigating MRKH, coping with emotions around fertility, responding to external pressures, and redefining womanhood on their own terms. The discussion will be honest and nuanced, acknowledging both challenges and growth, without promoting a single “right” path. Participants will leave with a broader, more compassionate understanding of fulfillment, greater permission to trust their own choices, and renewed hope for what is possible. You can expect to walk away feeling less alone, more validated in your experience, and inspired by real examples of lives filled with purpose, connection, and meaning beyond traditional definitions of womanhood. This is not about convincing or prescribing, it’s about expanding what’s possible and honoring every individual journey.

  • 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

    Disclosure

    Hosted by MRKH Canada

  • 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

    Closing Session

The closing session brings MRKH One to a gentle, grounding close — a moment to reflect on the voices shared, the connections formed, and the strength of community across the globe. It offers gratitude, hope, and a reminder that this is not an ending, but a continuation of belonging, support, and shared purpose beyond the event.
