Families can pick up pre-ordered books, enter a raffle giveaway, and explore the beautiful ranch, learning about regenerative agriculture.

In consideration of being permitted to enter the land at Servicing Every Soul dba S&S Friendly
Ranch (“Land”), I hereby agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I am aware that I am entering a working ranch with inherent dangers and large
animals, including horses, and I accept that risk. I acknowledge that I am fully aware of the
possible risks and hazards that may occur during my time on the Land. I voluntarily accept all
dangers and hazards that could result in personal injury, damage, loss, illness, or death to myself
and/or my child(ren) due to my/their participation on the Land.

Waiver of Liability and Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company and
its affiliates, representatives, employees, and attorneys for all legal actions and demands that may
result from my conduct or actions or those of my child(ren). I waive any and all rights to hold the
company liable for any injury, loss of property, or damage that I and/or my child(ren) may suffer as
a result of my/their participation on the Land.

Good Time Decree: My child(ren) and/or I agree to show up to the Land ready to enjoy
myself/ourselves and learn something new! S&S Friendly Ranch is a fun and safe space, and I/we
will do my/our best to keep it that way.

I give S&S Friendly Ranch the right to use photos of myself and/or child(ren) for educational or
marketing purposes.
