for men interested in being part of a Men’s Table group

"I feel very encouraged about the opportunity this presents for men; to come together and be real with each other" - Adam, Entree' attendee

"Very positive... great step towards the future" - Wayne, Entree' attendee

The Taster will introduce you to how the Men's Table works in a relaxed and conversational online video call.
Now more than ever is a good time to foster connection with others and have the opportunity to share what's going on for you and how you're feeling, in a safe and trusted space with other men.

After the Taster, men can choose whether they'd like to participate as a member of a local Men's Table. Tables are currently meeting online via Zoom and once physical isolation policies are lifted, they will resume as local, in-person, once a month gatherings.

--

The Men’s Table began in 2011 with 12 men who have met once a month for dinner ever since.

The Men’s Table is a unique environment for men to share openly about their lives, their challenges, their highs and low with a group of men who they grow to trust and respect.

The Men’s Table creates a sense of belonging, community, peer support and camaraderie that is lacking for many men, even for some who already have a group of mates.

Belonging to a Men’s Table contributes to mental, emotional and social wellbeing whilst being a powerful support to individual members travelling life journeys.

Each Men’s Table is a distinct expression of the needs and personalities of its members, guided by the principles, agreements, and learning generated from Men’s Table #1, and supported by TheMensTable.org

Men’s Tables are initiated by 2 or more men who wish to form a new group, commence with a regular monthly meeting and are capped at 12 members.

The Men’s Table is also the collective community of men from all Men’s Tables who can share, learn, connect and collaborate based on mutual needs, interests, geographies, careers, or life-circumstances through TheMensTable.org

The Men's Table supports each Table’s self-organising, self-determined evolution with guidelines that have been learned through experience.
