From an idea to an event... welcome to the inaugural Greater Sydney MTB Coachella

An opportunity for MTB coaches, instructors, guides, tour operators, school leaders and others to CONNECT, RIDE and GROW your network, experience and capability as an MTB educator.

Please register with an 'Expression of Interest' with an outline program as follows:

Provisional Program

1. Opening & Welcome   1pm
2. Attendee CONNECT Introductions 115pm
3. LEARNING Forum 130pm

~5mins speaker 'presentation' followed by 5-10mins group discussion

Topic examples - to be agreed with speakers & attendees in advance:

• Coaching pathways - PMBIA, Aus Cycling 
• Where can we legally ride, guide, coach...
• Marketing - understanding customer types & value
• Insurance insights 
• Advanced coaching - jumping, racing  
• Regional coverage and referrals - Greater Sydney & NSW
• Understanding motivation & purpose as an MTB educator
• Etc. 

4. Speed Coaching Workshops 3pm 

Quickly lead a group through your favourite, funnest, most effective no-terrain lesson 

5. Wrap Up & Feedback 4pm

6. Bouddi Riders Friday RIDE 430pm

Optional: Social dinner 630pm at Hardys Bay club 

Beast of Bouddi X ride saturday 9am
