MTD: Dance It All the Way Through

For many of us, this year has been all about shedding…old stories, old lives, old patterns…things that lived deep in our bones and in our muscle memory. This is the final month of a year that required us to stretch waaaay past our comfort zone to become the person that exists and thrives out beyond our limiting self-beliefs. It was a real year of transformation.

In this final MTD Monthly Lab of 2025, I’d like to take that shedding process and move it out completely through dance. Sacred Dance isn’t just about calling in energetic powers or honoring the gods; it’s also about witnessing our humanness and giving a voice to all the parts of us that want to hide. It provides a language to express the totality of who we are without judgement -bringing it to the light of day and making it beautiful. This is where Art and Magick can come together to create real and lasting change in our every day life.

Join us on December 6th where you will be guided through meditations, pranayama, mantra practices, temple and belly dance movements all designed to help you gently clear and release all that came to the surface this year. As always, a sacred dance combination will be taught that is yours to bring home and use any time there is extra “shedding” needed in your life.We conclude with an Exploration Lab where dancers can develop their own unique sacred dance expression inspired by the month’s theme.

The intention is for you to come away connected to your true power that lies as a gift beyond all that shedding and emotional turmoil- and dance into 2026 anchored in that new reality.
