Modern Temple Dance Lab: Dance to Heal The Heart

We’ve all felt it—the weight of the endless scroll, the heavy news cycles, and the disconnection that comes from living in our heads instead of our bodies. We feel stressed, tired, and a little bit lost.

Dance offers a powerful way to anchor us right back into our bodies, tap into our innate wisdom, and open our hearts to Joy. It is the antidote to a chaotic world. Keeping our hearts expanded and choosing every thought, word, and action from that place is the most important thing we can do right now.

Join me for the Modern Temple Dance Lab: Dance to Heal the Heart. This isn't just a dance workshop; it’s a nervous system reset and a ritual of Self-Love.

What’s waiting for you inside the Lab:

✨ Breathwork to calm the mind and nervous system

✨ Heart Meditation to clear emotional density and open the heart to Love

✨ Belly Dance and Indian Dance Practice to reconnect to your core power.

✨ Sacred Choreography designed to heal the heart and unlock joy.

The most powerful healing happens in person, in community, and in motion. Come join us on February 21st at the Sacred Soul Collective.
