About Fiona:

Fiona is the CEO and Co-Founder of Moment Company.

Fiona spent 20 years living, working and traveling around the world as an executive in the AdTech and Media industry for brands such as The Guardian and Warner Media, which culminated in 2014 as serious burnout and physical exhaustion.

As a result, Fiona became curious about the connection between the mind, body, and stress, and began exploring work by Abraham Hicks & Shawn Achor, practising yoga, mindfulness gratitude journaling,Transcendental Meditation and trained as both an NLP and Reiki practitioner. The effects were profound and life changing.

Having directly felt the benefit of these practises, Fiona joined Alex and Charlie at the Moment Company to deliver on a shared vision to make the wellbeing benefits of taking short breaks throughout the busy day simple, quick and accessible.
