EARLY DAZE runs most Friday mornings in Mudgee- especially for expecting parents, and those with newborn and young babies up to around 9 months- however all are welcome. This is a FREE session.

Meet up with other parents and expecting parents, and take the opportunity to ask any breastfeeding and baby related questions you may have- an ABA breastfeeding counsellor will be present. Our topic is Sleep.

Everyone’s sleep is important! How can we help baby to sleep well and how can we sleep well too? Learn about normal newborn and baby sleep, and gather some tips, tricks and solidarity!

All of your breastfeeding and baby queries are welcome regardless of the topic- positioning and attachment, breast and nipple care, mixed feeding, nighttimes, starting solids expressing and storing breastmilk, etc.

PlAyBA, our social morning tea, follows on from Early Daze from 10:30am- 12 midday and you are welcome to stay for this.
