Mugs and Messages - A Well-being Ceramic workshop

Kr Kinesiology has teamed up with Corinna Hancock Kinesiology and Sophie from 'The Good Day Project' to provide you with a ceramic workshop that has a positive message. The Good Day project is a new clothing brand about to launch on the Gold Coast and Corinna runs both Kinesiology training, treatments and a range of ceramic workshops in the community.

This workshop will provide you with the opportunity to mingle and chat to Sophie about her clothing brand as well as take home your own t-shirt with 'The Good Day Project" on it. Alongside this you will get to make your very own ceramic mug that will be stamped with a good day message. 

The focus of the workshop is to connect with other people in the community, engage with a new hobby and some beautiful clothes and embody affirmations that support having a good day.

Workshop will run for two hours. There will be a change to mingle. You will make a mug and we will weave some small elements of kinesiology and well-being through the night.
