Join the Muimbi African Choir This Fall!
Come sing, connect, and experience the rich musical traditions of Africa with the Muimbi African Choir, a vibrant and welcoming community choir open to anyone interested in singing and exploring African music.
Led by internationally acclaimed singer-songwriter, teacher, and director Blessing Bled Chimanga, Muimbi African Choir focuses on learning and performing songs from across Africa in their original African languages. Blessing’s passion for African music, storytelling, and cultural expression creates an uplifting and engaging experience where participants can learn, grow, and make music together.
Whether you’re an experienced singer or simply love to sing, Muimbi is an opportunity to become part of an amazing musical community while exploring the rhythms, languages, stories, and traditions behind music from across the African continent.

Classes: Tuesdays, 6:30–7:30 PM
Semester: September 15 – December 13, 2026
Registration: $350 for the full semester
The semester will also feature two special community performances:
