Event description

Join us for an immersive gathering as we dive into into the Root Chakra designed to facilitate deeper connection to Papatuanuku (Earth Mother) and activate a strong base within our own lives.

Muladhara or the Root Chakra is the first of the seven main energy centres in the body and is our direct connection to the Earth relating to survival, security and stability – It holds the Earth element and is the basis that houses our physical bodies (Annamaya Kosha).

This is an invitation to earth, to ground, to connect with our primal nature and let our inner animal instinctually guide us, to let the old die so the new can rebirth from the depths of our being to create a new foundation based on inner strength and knowing.

We are holding this gathering on the New Moon, to bring in these fresh energies associated with the start of a new Lunar Cycle.
