Description

One Humanity, Many Faiths: Supporting Mental Wellbeing

Join us for a unique interfaith conference exploring how spirituality, compassion, community, and connection contribute to mental wellbeing. Representatives from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, Bahá’í, Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Islamic, Quaker, and Sikh traditions will share perspectives on how faith and spiritual practices can foster resilience, hope, healing, and belonging.

This event offers a welcoming space for respectful dialogue, cultural understanding, and learning across faith traditions. Participants will gain insights into the role that spirituality can play in supporting mental wellbeing while discovering the values and experiences that connect people from diverse backgrounds.

Whether you belong to a faith community, work in health or community services, are exploring spirituality, or simply wish to learn more, everyone is welcome.
