Description

The rules changed. So we rewrote the book.

The new budget changed the rules underneath a lot of established property strategy. Parts of How To Grow A Multi-Million Dollar Property Portfolio were suddenly describing a market that no longer exists.

So Michael Yardney updated it. New chapters, revised numbers, and a straight assessment of what the changes mean if you are buying, holding or selling in the next twelve months.

Then we decided that shipping an update and hoping people read it was not quite enough. So we are running three Saturday afternoons where you can sit in a room with Michael, ask him your own questions, and walk out with a copy in your hand.

The maths on this is fairly simple

The book is $39.99. The ticket is $39.99, and it includes the book. So you pay book price, and the three hours are on us.

The day will include

  • A step by step action plan for building real wealth through property investment.

  • Advanced strategies to take advantage of the government budget changes.

  • Michael's strategy for buying more properties with no money out of your own pocket.

  • Lessons from past property cycles, so you profit from the changing economic and property climate rather than get caught by it.

  • How to live the life of a property multi-millionaire using the equity you already have.

How the afternoon runs

  • Doors at 12:30pm. Seated, 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

  • Brett Warren hosts and puts your questions to Michael in an unscripted twenty minute Q&A.

  • Michael opens the book with chapter one, on mindset. The chapter most readers skip and should read twice.

  • Then ninety minutes with Mark Creedon, Greg Hankinson and Dorian Traill working through how the framework applies under the new rules.

  • Book collection and informal questions to close.

Who this is for

You own one or more investment properties and you are not sure the budget changes have been properly explained to you. You are planning to buy in the next twelve months. You have read an earlier edition and want to know what is different. You want a strategy, not a stock tip.

Who this is not for

If you are looking for a specific property to buy on the day, this is not it. We do not sell property from stage. If you want a get-rich-quick angle, Michael says the opposite repeatedly and you will be disappointed.

Your ticket includes

One copy of the fully updated book, handed to you on the day. One seat. Afternoon refreshments. If you are coming with a partner and you both want a copy, book two tickets.

$39.99. Seating is limited by the room.

FAQs

  • Is the book really included?

Yes. One copy per ticket, handed to you on the day. It's the fully updated edition, revised for the new budget rules.

  • So the ticket costs the same as the book?

It does. The book is $39.99 on its own, the ticket is $39.99 and the book comes with it.

  • Is this a sales pitch?

There's a presentation, and we're a property advisory business, so we're not going to pretend we do this for fun. But nobody will pitch you a property from stage and there's no hard close at the back of the room. You get three hours and a book. If you want to talk to us afterwards, you'll be able to find us.

  • Can I bring my partner?

Please do. Property decisions usually get made by two people and it's much easier when you've both heard the same thing. Each ticket includes one seat and one book, so book two if you'd both like a copy.

  • Will Michael sign my copy?

Yes. Michael will be signing copies after the presentation. Your book comes with the ticket, so just hang around at 4pm.

  • I've already read the book. Is there any point coming?

Yes, and quite a few people in the room will be in the same boat. The budget changes are new, the Q&A is unscripted, and Michael opens with the mindset chapter, which is the one most people skip on the page and get the most out of hearing in person.

  • I own an earlier edition. What's actually different?

New chapters, revised numbers, and a straight assessment of what the budget changes mean if you're buying, holding or selling in the next twelve months. Your ticket includes the new edition regardless.

  • I don't own an investment property yet. Am I out of my depth?

Not at all. Roughly the first half is about strategy and mindset, which applies whether you own nothing or six. You'll get more out of the second half if you own something, but you won't be lost.

  • What time should I get there?

Doors at 12:30pm, seated by 1:00pm, finished at 4:00pm.

  • Can I send someone else if I can't make it?

Absolutely. Email us their name beforehand so the book and the name badge are right.

  • Refunds?

Full refund up to seven days before. Inside seven days we can't refund because your book's already been allocated, but you're welcome to send someone in your place.

  • Is it recorded?

No. It's a one-off in each city and the Q&A only works because it isn't being filmed.

  • Is this event in-person?

Yes, this person will be held in-person at a venue where you will be handed a physical copy of the book.
