Multiclass Snowsports 2025 Dryland Preparation Program
Event description
The Multiclass Sports Association has teamed up for its 3rd year with Rhys Artridge, from Snow Performance, to design and deliver our 2025 program. Snow Performance offers tailored strength and conditioning for all ages and abilities, following the long-term athlete development model (L.T.A.D), which adapts training methods from early physical literacy through to elite performance. Rhys holds a master’s degree in exercise science (MSc) and is an Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA) Level 2 Coach.
This year’s program will deliver a series of 10 sessions leading up to the Multiclass Snowsports Event. We also plan to introduce an adapted 'Physical Testing Clinic' as part of one of these sessions, to assess athlete progress.
Volunteers from the Multiclass Sports Association will also be in attendance to support delivery of the program.
We encourage all participants to sign up and attend as many sessions as they can so they can not only get 'Snow Ready' but also to get to know each other prior to the big event! If you are new to Multiclass, please make sure to attend at least 2 sessions.
