2026 Multiclass Snowsports Dryland Program
Description
The Multiclass Sports Association has teamed up for its 4th year with Rhys Artridge, from Snow Performance, to design and deliver our 2025 program. Snow Performance offers tailored strength and conditioning for all ages and abilities, following the long-term athlete development model (L.T.A.D), which adapts training methods from early physical literacy through to elite performance. Rhys holds a master’s degree in exercise science (MSc) and is an Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA) Level 2 Coach.
This year’s program will deliver a series of 10 sessions leading up to the Multiclass Snowsports Event. Based on survey feedback, we plan to incorporate racing rules familiarisation and also introduce some outdoor sessions (weather permitting).
Volunteers from the Multiclass Sports Association will also be in attendance to support delivery of the program.
We encourage all participants to sign up and attend as many sessions as they can so they can not only get 'Snow Ready' but also to get to know each other prior to the big event! If you are new to Multiclass, please make sure to attend at least 2 sessions.

Dates & Times: Please see session dates and times below (please note that the start time is an hour earlier than last year)...
