Our popular cooking session is back!

Join us for a delightful community cooking session dedicated to making traditional Italian gnocchi! This hands-on event will take place in our multicultural community depot in Mile End.

We'll start with a warm welcome and a brief introduction of gnocchi, followed by a demonstration of the essential techniques. Each participant will have the chance to roll up their sleeves, mash potatoes, and mix ingredients like flour and egg to create their own dough.

As we shape the gnocchi, our skilled volunteer instructor will share tips on achieving the perfect texture and flavour.

The session promises to be not just about cooking but also about community, connection, and sharing stories over delicious food. Bring your appetite and a willingness to learn; by the end of the day, you'll not only take home a new skill but also a plate of your own freshly made gnocchi!
