Aged and community care providers located in Gold Coast, Logan, South Brisbane area are invited to have culturally sensitive conversations about end of life.
We’ll be coming together to discuss multicultural perspectives, preparation for the future through Advance Care Planning and available cultural resources.
The forum includes morning tea and a light lunch. Come, join us.
