Our multicultural mens yoga class takes elements of vinyasa yoga, integrating mindful breathwork, with fluid movement designed to create balance between energy and stillness.

Our class will be facilitated by trained yoga instructor Yash Patel; having completed he's yoga training in India, Yash enjoys blending traditional yoga with modern practices.

Following the class, attendees are invited to stay for a debrief and short discussion with tea.

Our multicultural mens sessions yoga sessions are made possible thanks to Wellsprings for Women.

What to bring?

Yoga mats will be provided thanks to Soflo studios, feel free to bring water and wear something comfortable for the yoga class.

Time: 10am - 11:30am

Timings:

9:30am - 10:00am (participants can arrive)

10:00am - 11:00am (vinyasa yoga class)

11:00am - 11:30am (tea/coffee, debrief and discussion)
