This year, the Multicultural Employer Conference (MTEC) will bring together industry leaders, professionals, government representatives, and lived experience advocates to explore strategies for building culturally diverse workplaces where everyone belongs and thrives.

For the first time, we are delivering a full-day conference featuring inspiring keynote speakers, engaging panel discussions, and practical workshops.
