Multicultural Tasmania Employer Conference 2026

MTEC2026 will be held in Northern Tasmania. We invite business owners, HRs, government and community to explore various strategies of successfully engaging culturally diverse workforce in businesses and organisations.

We are excited to announce our Keynote Speaker Nerissa Trindade. Nerissa’s work sits at the intersection of human behaviour and transformation, leadership, identity, and inclusion. Their dynamic keynotes and workshops blend neuroscience, leadership insight, and practical application creating audience transformation and lasting impact beyond the room. 

Nerissa’s keynote will explore the gap between policy and lived experience — helping leaders understand how inclusion is shaped in real time through communication, behaviour, decision-making, and workplace culture. 

This is a full day event, with keynotes, breakout activities, and plenty of time for networking.
