Come let your body be moved with a outdoor dance and sound journey in the beautiful gardens of Tataraimaka, Okato, Taranaki.
With DJ Tashemo on the decks and Leah guiding the journey, you will be able to let go and explore the space with your own unique dance.
There are no set moves, there is no right or wrong, simply a space to move and be free as you explore your physical, emotional and energetic body.
Being guided through the journey with music we can transform and transmute the deep layers that we store in our bodies - some describe the free movement dance like a moving meditation.
This invitation is open to all. Children welcome and under 14years are free.

What to bring - water bottle and wear layers to shed, insect repellent and a blanket or mat recommended beneath you for the sound journey.
What is Embodied Ecstatic Dance?
A free-form dance, where you are guided through a theme to connect into your deepest self and let go of any inhibitions. Held in a safe, sacred container in a non-judgmental space. This is an experience where you are encouraged to listen into your body. There is no right or wrong, just you moving and grooving to the beat of your own drum.
About Natasha - I am a trained embodied ecstatic dance facilitator and embodied flow yoga teacher. I love holding sacred space and creating ritual magic to guide the dance.
About Leah -Leah is a gifted and intuitive space holder here to guide you thru a serene sound journey. Leah's background as a Embodied Yoga teacher, Ecstatic Dance Faciliator, Reiki Master/Teacher, Theta Healing Practitioner, Access Bars Practitioner all guide her to deliver an experience that will leave you in a blissful state.
