Multiple Birth Festival

Multiple Birth Festival is the first-of-its-kind festival in South Australia. The festival is open to all and will be a good, fun day for families and individuals. 

With this booking form, we collect some additional information which will help us in the following ways:

1. Identify Twins, triplets and more Multiple Birth so we can include them in competitions and contests. Participation is free; there is no extra cost to it. Some of the competitions are:
   1. Youngest Twins/Triplets and more Multiple Births in South Australia
   2. Oldest Twins/Triplets and more Multiple Births in South Australia
   3. Talent show of Multiple Birth siblings
      
   4. Rotary will also felicitate multiple birth siblings who have done well in their chosen vocation. 
   5. and more
