Mum and Bubs Circle Series

- for mums with bubs 6+ months - toddler years.

A nurturing space for Mothers to gather with their bubs/toddlers and be nourished in conversation, practices and ritual as they journey through the early years of mothering.

Are you a mother desiring gentle mind and body practices to center yourself whilst you care for your child/ren?
Perhaps you are looking for an opportunity to connect with other like-hearted mothers in a safe and nourishing space?
Or maybe you feel "overwhelmed" or "lost within yourself" and desire a grounding space to feel seen and heard?

The Mums and Bub Circle Series is a space for mothers to come together in a facilitated and nourishing way. Our circles are brave spaces to show up exactly as you are without judgement, comparison or shame. We acknowledge that mothering can be a vulnerable journey, especially when things haven't gone to plan or how we thought it would be. We often wonder where our tribe is. We welcome a diversity of mothers with all different experiences into this space.

What:

These Circles offer connection, comfort and support in a time of significant emotional, physical and spiritual change. It is also an opportunity to create and connect into a community of
mothers in a similar season. Growing your village through authentic sisterhood.   

Our intention is for you to leave the Circles feeling lighter, more energized and uplifted.

There will be some focused Circle Sharing, space for reflection and experiencing yogic practices.

* Week 2: Connecting to your values as your Compass
* Week 3: Conscious Communication
* Week 4: Debunking the subliminal narrative and your key to Joy
* Week 5: Your ever evolving Self

There is space for 8 mothers and their babes >6months / toddlers.
