- Get the blood flowing with playful, stretchy vinyasa yoga
- Boost energy with some light, healthy treats
- Release tension with some blissful restorative and yin yoga
- Send mum into a dreamy, relaxed state with yoga nidra meditation

These 'mum only' mini-yoga retreats have been thoughtfully crafted to reinvigorate and restore burnt out mums who love yoga.

Set in a candle-lit space in the North Fremantle Community Hall.
Only 12 lucky mums per retreat.
