Class begins 29th April running for 9 weeks last class 24th June

Boobs, babies, sleepless, loved up.

Thursday mornings at 9.30am for 30mins of baby yoga, chat and massage -followed by a 1hr yoga class, and yes you can sneak off to feed or snuggle on the couch.

Join in as you are able for yoga!

This is a space connecting and supporting beautiful mums to community and with their new babies.

A space of non judgement and gentleness to yourself and others.

I will be facilitating as an experienced Doula and Pre/postnatal yoga specialist and Naturopathic Womancrafter and we will invite some specialist guest speakers along the way to guide us through this postnatal journey.

Deepen and support your transition into motherhood.

Blending science and ancient women's knowledge, we will weave together wisdom past and present. Offering a deepening on top of your traditional prenatal yoga class, this course provides the opportunity each week to deepen into a theme essentials to mothers.

Create connection with other like minded Mummas on your journey, find time and space to honour this sacred rite of passage.

Investment for the 9 week program = $220 per mumma/baby

Please note bookings are essential and places are limited due to current restrictions.

All mats/bolsters and blocks are provided.
