Welcome to Mumma Gaia, Prenatal Yoga (4wk journey) with Rach, Midwife, HypnoBirthing Practitioner, Mother of four, Yoga teacher.

Gaia: the Greek goddess of Earth. Considered the mother goddess, she was the personification of the Earth's spirit. From her the world was born, and her creation brought calm to an otherwise chaotic universe.

I believe every woman holds the essence of Gaia in her, especially when she is growing a new life within her temple of a body, therefore she deserves to be treated like the Goddess that she is.

Our four week journey begins Sat 14th Sept at 1015am. Each session runs for 1hr 15min. We will gather every Saturday at 1015am for four weeks completing our journey on Sat 5th October.

Suitable for absolute beginners, this series of gentle in person yoga classes will help you retreat into a wonderfully relaxed state, release tension within your body & mind, deepen your connection with your baby and your body, strengthen your pelvic floor, understand the power of the mind body connection which will help you on your birthing journey as well as learning techniques to bring yourself in a state of deep relaxation anywhere, anytime. Meet other like minded mummas, create space to enjoy the Sacred journey that is motherhood and be held through Matrescence: the unfolding of a Mother, a time when her hormones are uncontrollable, her body no longer feels like hers, her emotional state is vulnerable, her identity is shifting. She is morphing from one person to another. Women have been longing for recognition of this transitionary period for decades, I am both delighted and honoured to create this journey for you.

This package also includes a weekly online session teaching you about different breathing techniques, mantras, tips and tricks to guide you on the path to a more peaceful pregnancy and beautiful birth. You will also experience guided meditations each week to meet and bond with your baby to deeper levels and release fears surrounding your pregnancy and birth. this package also includes an invitation to a private Facebook group where you can meet and connect with the other Mummas during the journey and gain access to extra resources that will further support your peaceful pregnancy, peaceful birthing journey.
