Mummy Yoga at The Messy Place 7th November

Whether this will be your first experience with Yoga or your a seasoned Yogi looking for something to do with your child please join us at The Messy Place for Yoga with a difference... bring the kids.
You'll be set-up on gorgeous mats from Happy Power and lead through a flow with Charlotte from @mama_time_yoga before an essential oil experience hosted by Alyce, @mumsforwellness aimed to calm our minds and relax our nervous systems... all while the children deep dive into sensory play and new friendships in the space with us.
This is an opportunity to connect with other mums in the same under 5 season as you. We expect the children to be curious, to be with us and be part of the experience. Showing them how to regulate and calm through movement and breath is a powerful thing to share.
