We welcome Mums, Dads and caregivers to join us at our monthly Mums & Bubs club. This is a chance to chat, learn and connect over morning tea in an informal setting, with babies welcome. Each session we welcome an expert to provide a mini masterclass.

This month, we will be joined by Hannah Romano from www.hanromano.co.nz. Hannah is a Mum of two and a qualified personal trainer who helps people from all walks of life to be “the healthiest, strongest and happiest you”. In this session Hannah will chat about getting back into exercise, the dos and don’ts, and what's the most important element after having a baby. Everything from pelvic floor to stretching and strengthening your back muscles, alongside tips and tricks on movement and exercise for new Mums.
