Mums & Bubs Fitness & Connection – 6-Week Pilot Program

Calling all new mums! Looking for a gentle way to get back into exercise while meeting other local mums?

Join us every Wednesday morning for a relaxed and supportive fitness class designed especially for mums with babies. Whether you're returning to movement after having your baby or simply looking to connect with others who understand this season of life, this program is here to support your physical and emotional wellbeing.

What to expect:
• 45-minute guided fitness session with Paige from PD Fitness, a qualified Personal Trainer specialising in women's health
• Bring your baby along
• A relaxed, welcoming and supportive environment
• Meet local mums and build meaningful connections
• Improve your strength, mobility and confidence
• Personalised nutrition guidance, including calorie and macronutrient advice
• Stay afterwards for a coffee at our Community Café or browse our Community Op-Shop
