Event description
We are so excited to bring to you our new monthly meet-up for Mums & Bubs!
Each month we'll be bringing to you a new event that is all about supporting, nourishing & connecting mamas where bub can join you too!
An opportunity for mums to be able to have some time out just for them, to deeply nourish their body, mind and soul whilst bub is being minded & connect with other like-hearted mums!
It's not often mums with small bubs get the chance for self-care so we're creating these events so mums can fill their cup so they can better support their families without compromising their mental and emotional health.
What you'll receive in March's nourishing event:
~60min soak session to nourish your body at the Bathhouse at Ground, Currumbin Valley (bubs minded in the park next door while you soak as the Bathhouse is adults only) soak session includes mineral plunge pool, hydrotherapy spa, saunas & hot tubs in a luscious rainforest surroundings
~Speed Date Connection Session to get to know the other mamas & nourish your soul
~Option to stay on for a delicious Pasture & Co lunch (at own cost)

WHEN:
Friday 31st March 2023
10:45am - 1:00pm (please arrive at 10.45am to drop off bub on the grassed area outside Pasture & Co Cafe) - Soak commences at 11am

YOUR INVESTMENT:
$75 - includes 60min soak session, speed date connection session & child minding for 1x bub/toddler whilst you soak
WHAT TO BRING:
- 2X towels & swimmers for soak session
- Change of clothes
- Water bottle & journal
- Bag of essentials for your bub to leave with our child minders
LIMITED TO 8X MAMAS ONLY.
NOTE
- Newborns from 6 weeks are welcome and ideal for bubs up to walking age
- This session is not ideal for our expectant mamas due to the soak however we will be launching a Pregnancy Meet-Up group very soon!
