Mums & Bubs with Le Puree & Fluidform Bondi

Mums & Bubs are invited to join Fluidform and Le Puree for a specialised postpartum movement, nourishment and wellbeing workshop.
Experience a 50-minute specialised postnatal Pilates class at Fluidform Bondi. All bubs are welcome on the mat and will be supported by the Fluidform team of instructors.
Enjoy a Q&A with Le Puree Paediatric Nutritionist and accredited dietitian and Fluidform Postnatal Movement Specialist to learn about the introduction of solids for newborns, and how to optimise your nutrition, realign your body and reconnect your abdominals postpartum.
