Event description

Mums & Bubs are invited to join Fluidform, Le Puree & Nature Baby for a specialised postpartum movement, nourishment and wellbeing workshop.

Experience a 50-minute specialised postnatal Pilates class at Fluidform Rozelle. All bubs are welcome on the mat and will be supported by the Fluidform team of instructors throughout the session.

Enjoy a Le Puree breakfast bar followed by a Q&A with Le Puree Founder alongside a Fluidform Postnatal Movement Specialist. Learn about the introduction of solids for newborns, and how to optimise your nutrition, realign your body, and reconnect your abdominals in the postpartum phase.

A supportive and nurturing morning designed to help you feel stronger, more informed, and more connected to your body, your baby, and your community.

All guests will take home a goodie bag valued at $110 including:
