Our Mums & Bubs class is a slow flow class with yoga shapes that invite wellbeing, connection and bonding with your bub and each other. The classes will guide you through gentle sequences to help strengthen the body, reconnect with your breath and awareness. We will explore a sounding/pranayama/breath exercise each class, a short meditation and circle to close that invites an optional short share by each parent.

The space is flexible, inclusive and supportive for you to feed, change, rock babies and move around the space as needed throughout.

This class is suitable for bubs from 6-weeks old to around 10 months (not suitable for babies who can walk or move independently around the space!)

What to bring: A blanket for your bub to lie on during the class & your own yoga mat (if you have one!)

Please note: There will be no class held on Friday 26 May.

Adriana is a gentle Yoga facilitator who believes whole heartedly in postpartum care, as a rite of passage that continues beyond the stage of birthing of your baby. Adriana is a Social Worker and Yoga Facilitator who loves dabbling in craft, dancing almost daily, and nature walks.
