Our Mums & Bubs Yoga is designed for new mothers who want to strengthen the bond with their babies in a peaceful, relaxing, and nurturing environment.

We provide a holistic approach to postpartum recovery by incorporating gentle yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation.

We will complete our practice with a blissful Savasana with essential oils and massage for mama and then have some time for babies to enjoy some baby yoga and massage.

We then offer a light morning tea after class for mamas to enjoy connecting with other new mums and share experiences.

Suited for all levels - ideal for bubs under 2 years of age.

Wear comfortable clothing & socks are recommended to keep your feet warm.

Mats, bolsters, blankets and other props provided but also welcome to bring your own.

NOTE: We have stairs so if you are bringing a pram please leave at the bottom of the stairs & bring bub up with you and Tara will assist you in bringing the pram up :)
