Mums & Bubs Yoga with Wild Flow Wellbeing - Yoga & Mindfulness inspired by nature for families and kids across Brisbane, Logan, Redlands and Moreton

Spend the morning outdoors with your bub, playing, relaxing and moving mindfully to support you and your bubs wellbeing

Our session will run for approximately 35 minutes and support you and your little one to slow down, connect and have fun with gentle movement, songs and engaging props
We will practive simple movements and breathing activities and provide you both with the opportunity to meet new bubs and mum friends

What to Bring

Yoga mat or picnic blanket

Water Bottle'

Comfortable sunsafe clothing & perhaps a hat for you both

Consider an extra rug for bub and warm clothes during the winter season

There is a coffee van onsite for coffee and chats after the class

Meet Dani near the Meadowlands Park Playground under the trees & look for her orange signs and yoga circle

Parking is available of Meadowlands Road with additional parking off Preston Road

This session is suitable for mums with little ones under 18 months (toddlers and older children welcome with a sibling ticket)
