As a mum myself and with over 6 years teaching kids and family yoga I know how important it is for new mums to find their tribe and to share these opportunities with our little ones.

The importance of Yoga for Little One's

Kids Yoga is about connection and supporting them to feel the benefits of slowing down and learning the essential life skills of mindfulness and gentle movement in fun ways

It's not about being pretzels, so you don't have to worry about being flexible or having experience with yoga

Now more than ever its crucial that we prioritise our wellbeing, make time to slow down and foster these deep connections with our kids and families

What to Expect

These sessions will run for 45 minutes with time for mums to connect and chat and enjoy fun ways to connect and move with their bubs

Gentle Movement & Simple Dance
Music & Songs
Mindfulness
Sensory Activities
Nature Play

*No prior yoga experience is required
