Designed for mamas from 6 weeks postpartum (12 weeks after a C-section birth), this gentle class is run in term blocks and is created especially for new mums, with your bub right alongside you.

You’ll be guided through nourishing movements with options to include your baby, whether holding them, interacting with them, or letting them lie nearby.

We’ll create a safe, supportive space to move, rest and connect, with time to chat about all things postpartum.

After class, enjoy a calming cup of tea, treats and time to connect with other mums.

Join for a single class, or book for the whole term and save.

Led by a 200hr Yoga Teacher, 85hr Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher, Body Ready Method® Pro and Postpartum Doula.
