Mums & Bubs Yoga is a specialized yoga service designed for new mothers who want to strengthen the bond with their babies in a peaceful, relaxing, and nurturing environment.

Our experienced yoga teachers provide a holistic approach to postpartum recovery by incorporating gentle yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation.

The classes also offer a great opportunity to connect with other new mums and share experiences.

Our Mums & Bubs Yoga classes are tailored to the needs of both mothers and babies, making it easy to attend without worrying about childcare arrangements.

We will complete our practice with a blissful Savasana with essential oils, massage and optional oracle cards.

Suited for all levels - ideal for bubs under 2 years of age.

Wear comfortable clothing & socks are recommended to keep your feet warm.

Mats, bolsters, blankets and other props provided but also welcome to bring your own.

Herbal teas also provided.
