Mums & Little Ones - Outdoor Movement Sessions
A weekly movement session for new mums.
Mums & Little Ones is a weekly connection session and your personal time out to focus on you and your body.
The sessions focus on improving your stability and strength with a gentle approach. We reconnect your diaphragm with your pelvic floor, work on trunk stability and engage the core muscles. You will learn dedicated movement patterns to prepare you for daily living as a new mum.
What to bring:
- Yourself & your baby / toddler (though not essential if you are lucky enough to get baby free time)
- Yoga mat
- Foam roller if you have one (preferably a long one - 90cm)
- Good vibes
Meet at O'Brien St Playground.
Tickets are limited so we can keep the sessions intimate and get better outcomes.
